Athyro LLC ("Athyro," "we," "us," or "our") publishes Puck Plunge. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

Information handled by the game

Puck Plunge does not require an account. Athyro does not operate a game server that collects your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or gameplay history. Match progress and settings are processed on your device.

Advertising and third-party services

Puck Plunge may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may automatically receive information such as your device or advertising identifier, IP address, general location derived from the IP address, interactions with ads, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

Where required, the game asks for your privacy choices before requesting personalized advertising. You may be offered non-personalized ads, and a Privacy Options control may be available in the game so you can review applicable choices.

Data sharing and sale

Athyro does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by advertising and technology providers as described above, or disclosed when required by law, to protect users, or to protect the rights and security of Athyro and others.

Children

Puck Plunge is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising settings and regional requirements may limit personalized advertising for users who are not eligible to receive it.

Retention and security

Athyro does not maintain user accounts or a database of gameplay history. Third-party providers determine their own retention and security practices for information they process. No method of electronic processing is completely secure.

Your choices

You may reset or limit the advertising identifier through your Android device settings, use any Privacy Options control provided in the game, or uninstall the game. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights regarding information processed by service providers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
